Christy Martin, The female boxer who has a incredible boxing career with a record of 49-5-3 (31 KOs), has been hospitalized after being shot and stabbed yesterday in her Orange County, Fl home.
Don King, was Martin's former promoter Said this statement "I am shocked and saddened to see this happen to Christy. I send my prayers and well wishes." according to the TMZ report
The attacker was her husband she escaped and was able to flag down passing motorist. James Martin is still at large and they are currently "on the hunt" for the suspect.
Makes you wonder there been 2 stabbing in the news in the last 24 hours dealing with famous people in the public limelight..
